In order to ensure that we add value to our ebTax users, we require users to register and log in to our Support Forum to access knowledgebase articles. This registration is free of charge. To ensure that we remain at a high level of security within the client portal the registration and the login credentials (username and password) of the Support Forum (support.ebtax.co.za) is not the same as that of the ebTax client portal (www.ebtax.co.za). This means that although you have a registered ebTax account you will not automatically also have a Support Forum account. Users who have previously sent an email to support@ebtax.co.za can request an activation email by contacting the Support Team. This email can be used to finalise the creation of the relevant Support Forum account. If you have a Support Forum account and do not remember your password, please submit a 'Forgot Password' request on the Support Forum using your work email address.

- Track the progress of an existing support ticket,
- Stay abreast of upcoming releases and other announcements
