If you are busy uploading or processing a record on ebTax and receive an error that is not a timeout- or a normal ebTax validation error, follow the steps as set out below:

  1. Send an email to ebTax support informing us of the problem.


If there are no error's on the system or servers and the problem persist, please do the following.  

  1. Ask your IT department to ensure that there are no issues with your internet service provider or a general problem on your network.


Once your IT department confirms that there are no network or ISP issues,

  1. Logout of ebTax.
  2. Close the browser entirely and reopen it. 
  3. Login to ebTax.
  4. If the problem persists select Ctrl + F5.
  5. Try using a different web browser.
  6. Restart your computer or device being used.
