If you are busy uploading or processing a record on ebTax and receive an error that is not a timeout- or a normal ebTax validation error, follow the steps as set out below:
- Send an email to ebTax support informing us of the problem.
If there are no error's on the system or servers and the problem persist, please do the following.
- Ask your IT department to ensure that there are no issues with your internet service provider or a general problem on your network.
Once your IT department confirms that there are no network or ISP issues,
- Logout of ebTax.
- Close the browser entirely and reopen it.
- Login to ebTax.
- If the problem persists select Ctrl + F5.
- Try using a different web browser.
- Restart your computer or device being used.
