SARS has published the latest version of its Directive and ROT specification (IBIR-006 v6.203) and a planned go-live date, as communicated by SARS, has been set for December 2021. ebTax will however release the relevant changes to our Production environment earlier.
This release also includes the alignment of Interfund ROTs with the SARS-prescribed form for Inter-Fund transfers. This has been the first step in improving the ROT experience using ebTax. We have also given some love toManual Directives and introduced the Directive Reason applicable to the application to ensure the generated IRP3e is accurate.
