Reason for Maintenance: Patch (4269 - FD16774 - ROT Validation Error) Applied to: All Customers Environment: Production Start Time: 26 November 2020 at 19:00 End Time: 26 November 2020 at 24:00 Service Interruptions: During this period you will experience downtime.
Due to this problem all Interfund and SARS ROT’s with errors remain in a state of ‘Submitted to ebTax’. These cases will be validated and rejected once the release has been concluded so that the administrators can correct the errors and resubmit these cases.
Interfund and SARS ROTs that are successfully submitted without errors will be processed as per normal.
