Overview
To gain access to ebTax a company (An employer or financial institute) must be onboarded, and its ebTax users registered.
The Process
Follow the steps below to make a registration enquiry or alternatively contact ebTax with any of the published methods on the website (www.ebtax.co.za). An ebTax representative will contact the person who made the registration enquiry to kick off the onboarding process. This process entails a collaborative approach to set up the company, its billing information, funds, employers, and ebTax users.
Once a company has been set up its elected ebTax users can start using ebTax.
Making a Registration Enquiry
An enquirer can register by following this easy-to-follow step-by-step guide.
- Open a browser (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari) and go to the client portal (www.ebtax.co.za).
- Select My Account and Register.
- Complete the registration form by filling in your information.
- Email Address: This is the work email address of the user. The user will use this email address as the username once he/she has been registered successfully.
- Password: Set a password for the first login. The registration process requires a password change on the first login.
- An ebTax representative will be in contact with the registration enquirer to complete the process.
